Bulblets fall off and slowly pull themselves deeper into the soil, blooming about two years later. Foliage can be toxic to cats and dogs if eaten, and is deer resistant.

Bought 4 pairs of these shorts and had to send all four pairs back. They run very big, in the waist and overall. They are super long. My son is 5'10" and he said they were way longer than he wanted them. They appear to be good quality, heavy material jean shorts. I would recommend sizing down if this is the look you're going for. And they're a little pricey.
